Reishi
This “mushroom of immortality” is also called ganoderma lucidum. It is bitter tasting because it contains terpenoids — an active ingredient with major anti-inflammatory action and a strong antioxidant effect. It may help enhance the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue.
Chaga
Chaga Mushroom (Inonotus Obliquus) is a fungus found primarily on birch trees that has been used in folk medicine of Russia, Japan and in Europe.
One of chaga’s most well-known health benefits is its ability to support healthy immune function.
It is compounds called polysaccharides in chaga that have precisely this benefit.
Cordyceps 4:1
Cordyceps is often touted as a natural energy booster. Proponents also claim that cordyceps can protect against health problems like asthma, depression, diabetes, fatigue, high cholesterol, and upper respiratory tract infections.
Cordyceps is also purported to boost athletic performance. In a 2010 study published in the Journal of Alternative Medicine, a daily cordyceps supplement appeared to improve exercise performance in a small group of older adults.

Lions's mane mushrooms (hericium erinaceus) are white, globe-shaped fungi that have long, shaggy spines.
Lion’s mane mushrooms may enhance the immune system, partly by reducing inflammation and preventing oxidation.
Extracts from lion’s mane mushrooms may also be beneficial in the treatment of anxiety and depression.
It is possible that lion’s mane mushrooms might boost cognitive function, but the existing research is mainly on animals.
Some research also suggest that extracts of lion’s mane mushrooms may encourage nerve cells to grow and repair more quickly.
