Essential Amino Acids from Love Life Supplements are highly absorbable tablets composed of all 9 EAA's known as the "building blocks" of protein. They are absolutely essential for muscle repair and growth and critical for a healthy functioning body.

BCAA 2:1:1

(L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine) Leucine stimulates muscle protein synthesis and is a major fuel involved in anabolic (tissue building) reactions. Valine is needed for muscle fiber firing, tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen balance in the body. Isoleucine is important for blood sugar regulation, muscle development and repair and energy regulation.

L-Lysine

If you are deficient in L-Lysine, this can result in a deficiency in niacin (Vitamin B), as well as slow connective tissue repair.

L-Phenylalanine

L-Phenylalanine stimulates the release of neurotransmitters and hormones such adrenaline and noradrenaline. These substances are necessary for optimum activity of your central and peripheral nervous systems.

L-Threonine

L-Threonine is important for antibody production, immune system activity, and can be converted into glycine and serine.

L-Methionine

This supplies sulphur and other compounds required by your body for optimum metabolism and growth.

L-Tryptophan

What is the dosage and when should I take it?

As a dietary supplement take 5 tablets daily. As an exercise aid take 5 to 10 tablets 30 mins prior to physical activity, depending on intensity. More could then be taken with the next meal if required.

What is the product derived from?

Our Essential Aminos are made from fermented glucose from corn, so are completely natural.

What is the difference between Essential Aminos and Collagen?

They contain different Aminos with different properties. Collagen is special because it contains an abundance of three precious amino acids that you won’t find in meaningful amounts in many other foods: Glycine, Proline, Hydroxyproline (a special amino acid made from proline and lysine). These three amino acids are the key to collagen’s anti-aging and flexibility-boosting benefits. Collagen is great for skin, hair, nails, ligaments, connective tissue, joints, bones. EAA's contain all Amino acids needed for muscle repair/growth and protein synthesis. They are called 'essential' because they must be consumed in the diet as they cannot be made by the body.

What is nutritional value in one serving of Essential Aminos and how many Kcal?

There are about 20 kcal per serving of Essential Aminos. There are no carbs and we can't give a protein amount on free form aminos.

What are the amounts of the BCAA's per serving in the product?
